Cyrus, the king of Persia, accepted an invitation from one of his friends to dine with him, and was asked to name any type of food and anywhere he would like to have the banquet table spread. Cyrus replied, "It is my pleasure that you prepare this banquet on the side of the river and that one loaf of bread be the only dish."
