I ran across this picture a few months back and I just love it. Not that this is the style I would advocate, but as I have become familiar with it, I accept that different cultures find beauty in such varied ways. Certainly the face of this Mursi woman is majestic; with skin like ebony and sculptured facial features, strong nose and high cheek bones. The lip ring and the horns or tusks give her such an unusual look that in my twisted mind I can see how it could be looked on as beauty. Photo by Dionys Moser
